DENISE CHAPMAN - Managing Director
Denise was born in Portsmouth and knew that her main career path would be in the funeral industry. Whilst working in a variety of jobs including waitressing and van driving, she also worked voluntarily with a funeral director to gain experience. Denise was finally offered a position with a funeral director in 2006 where she learned how the industry worked from the bottom up.
Denise finally decided to open her own business in 2015 when she realised that many families were unable to pay the rates that other companies were asking. Her business caters not only for standard funerals, but she offers help and assistance to families who may struggle to cope with the financial demand during what can be a very upsetting time in their lives.
Denise’s company is small and is run by a close-knit group of her family and friends, all with a vast experience of the industry. Her main priority is the wellbeing of the families whilst they are with her and offering comfort and the opportunity to chat for many months after the funeral has taken place.
Denise’s personal life is wholly taken up by her husband and family. She has 4 children and 11 grandchildren, and she loves to spend as much time as she can with them
